The expanded schedule spans copper and aluminium conductors from 1.5 mm² to 1000 mm², single-core and multi-core, in YJV, YJLV, YJV22 armoured and WDZ low-smoke zero-halogen constructions, at voltage grades from 0.6/1 kV to 26/35 kV.

Quality Control Alongside Volume

Every drum released from the expanded lines carries routine test data — conductor resistance to IEC 60228, insulation and sheath dimensions, and the 3.5 kV / 5 min voltage test for 0.6/1 kV cable. Medium-voltage designs are partial-discharge tested, and the factory holds type test reports from independent laboratories for the main constructions.

Export Logistics for the New Capacity

Drums are loaded from Shanghai port, which keeps FOB lead times short for buyers in Southeast Asia, the Middle East and East Africa. Export packing follows wooden drum specification with length, cross-section, gross weight and drum number marked on each flange, and partial shipments can be arranged for projects that install in phases.
