The ABC cable has been widely used in our country with the advantages of excellent electric properties,strong
ability to resist short circuit,long service life,light weight,easy to install,operate and maintain,etc
To be used at cotages of 600V phase-to-phase or less and at conductor temperatures not to exceed 75oC for polyethylene insulated conductors or 90oC for crossliked polyethylene(XLPE) insulated conductors. The assembled insulated conductor shall be suitable for use in a system having a standard operating voltage not exceeding 600/1000V. The cores of an aerial bundled conductor shall be laid-up with a left-hand lay. The length of lay shall be 55-75 times the diameter of a phase conductor.
The phase conductors are concentrically stranded compressed 1350-H19 aluminum and insulated polyethylene or crosslinked polyethylene(XLPE), The neutral messengers are concentrically stranded AAC, ACSR, or 6201 aluminum alloy.The conductors are manufactured with ridges for phase identification(one conductor with one ridge,one conductor with two ridges ,one conductor is plain).
(1)Designated sizes are: ACSR 6/1 diameter equivalent and AAC with equivalent resistivity per ASTM B-399 for 6201.

Cable is supplied in wooden reels, corrugated boxes and coils. Cable ends are sealed with BOPP self adhesive tape and non-hygroscopic sealing caps to protect the cable ends from moisture. The required marking shall be printed with a weather-proof material on the outsides of drum according to customer's requirement.
