1. The models also contain fire-resistant type of low voltage power cable.
2. When signing the contract, the fire resistant type must be specified. For example, if type A is preferred, please add "A" to the end of "ZR", forming "ZRA", and A is usually used in places where the fire resistant property is highly required. B and C follow the same rule. In addition, if there is no letter after "ZR", the cable will be produced following "ZRC".
With Yiteng, all cables are produced by strict inspection and testing:
1). Raw Material: Copper, Aluminium, PVC, PE and XLPE granules and all other materials for producing cables are all inspected carefully automatically. Only the qualified will be applied into cable production, the disqualified will be rejected.
2). Production Procedure: Cables are produced by advanced cable production machines.
3). Testing: Cables will not be packed until they are tested totally qualified. Cable Testing Machines includes Online Core Shift Detection Device, Tension Tester, Aging Test Chamber, Experimental Apparatus of Combustion, Insulation Resistance Tester and etc…
